Routines & checklists

Break it down before your brain refuses to start

A routine in Loopily is a list of timed steps. Any step can turn into its own checklist, and the same builder handles a routine you've saved or something you're timing on the spot.

Steps that add up to a real finish time

Name the routine, add steps in order, and give each one a time. Loopily adds it up and tells you exactly when you'll finish, so you know before you start whether “Morning Reset” fits or you're already behind.

Two saved routines are free. Plus lifts that to as many as you want, so mornings, evenings and weekends can each have their own.

Checklists that finish themselves

“Get dressed” isn't one thing, it's six. Break a step into sub-steps, tick them off as you go, and the step marks itself done the moment the last one's checked. Nothing for you to remember on top of everything else.

Checklists are a Loopily Plus feature.

Time something on the spot

Not everything deserves a place on your schedule. Type what you're doing, start the clock, and decide afterwards whether to keep it as a routine or let it just be a run you did. It still ends up in your history either way. This is a Loopily Plus feature.
