Questions about billing
Does the free plan expire?
No. The free plan keeps two saved routines for as long as you use the app. There's no trial clock running.
How is Loopily Plus billed?
Through the App Store, using StoreKit. Your Apple ID is charged when you subscribe, and it renews automatically at the price you agreed to unless you turn off auto-renewal at least 24 hours before the period ends.
How do I cancel?
In your device's App Store account settings, not inside Loopily. Apple handles billing directly, so Loopily can't cancel, pause or refund a subscription for you.
Monthly or yearly, what's the saving?
Yearly is £76. Monthly works out at £119.88 a year (£9.99 x 12). That's a saving of over a third if you know you'll stick with it.
